Many aspects of this role can be learned and developed throughout your journey with us. **➡️ Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Monitoring and maintaining production systems to ensure stability and high availability; * Planning and executing infrastructure updates and improvements; * Optimizing cloud resources and costs; * Investigating and resolving incidents, keeping documentation up to date and proposing continuous improvements; * Collaborating with the development team on CI/CD practices and observability. * Supporting ISO 27001 certification initiatives, particularly in areas related to security and infrastructure. **➡️ Requirements:** * Prior experience as a DevOps engineer; * Experience with Linux; * Experience with monitoring and observability (e.g., Datadog); * Prior experience with Google Cloud or AWS, SQL, and/or Python; * Knowledge of performance metrics; * Experience with incident response and on\-call rotation; * Advanced English proficiency for reading and writing (mandatory). **➡️ Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform, etc.). * Knowledge of system security and DevSecOps. **➡️ Benefits offered:** * **Meal or food allowance:** BRL 1\.300.00/month * **Health insurance** (Unimed): 20% co-payment * **Dental insurance** (Uniodonto): no co-payment * **Profit-sharing bonus (PLR):** up to 1 monthly salary/year (based on company performance) * **Gym allowance:** reimbursement of up to BRL 250/month * Life insurance * Language courses
