Additionally, we are surrounded by local restaurants and shops, making your day-to-day more convenient and enjoyable. * ️ **This is a hybrid position (3 days per week), located in Trindade, Florianópolis (mandatory)** **➡️ Your Responsibilities:** * Monitor and maintain production systems, ensuring stability and high availability; * Plan and execute infrastructure updates and improvements; * Optimize cloud resources and costs; * Investigate and resolve incidents, maintaining up-to-date documentation and proposing continuous improvements; * Collaborate with the development team on CI/CD practices and observability. * Support ISO 27001 certification initiatives, particularly in areas related to security and infrastructure. **➡️ Requirements:** * Prior experience as a DevOps engineer; * Experience with Linux; * Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability (e.g., Datadog); * Prior experience with Google Cloud or AWS, SQL, and/or Python; * Knowledge of performance metrics; * Experience with incident response and on\-call rotation; * Advanced English proficiency for reading and writing (mandatory). **➡️ Nice-to-Have:** * Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform, etc.). * Knowledge of system security and DevSecOps. **➡️ Benefits Offered:** * **Meal or food allowance:** R$ 1\.300,00/month * **Health insurance** (Unimed): 20% co-payment * **Dental insurance** (Uniodonto): no co-payment * **Profit-sharing bonus (PLR):** up to 1 salary/year (based on company results) * **Gym allowance:** reimbursement of up to R$ 250/month * Life insurance * Language courses
