As a **Data Analyst**, you will be responsible for transforming operational, commercial, and financial data into consistent information through structured collection, organization, integration, and analysis — ensuring data support for departments, reliability in decision-making, and visibility of essential business indicators. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you daily:** * Collect and organize data from internal systems via structured extraction, verification of information, and standardization of records to ensure reliable analytical foundations; * Develop dashboards and reports by modeling data, applying defined metrics, and structuring visualizations to deliver clear indicators to partner departments; * Conduct corporate data analysis through interpretation of results, identification of trends, and detection of deviations to support operational and strategic decisions; * Integrate information from different systems by connecting databases, validating keys, and organizing integration routines to unify data and prevent inconsistencies; * Process and qualify operational data by identifying errors, cleaning records, and performing technical validation of information to ensure consistency in deliverables; * Implement automation and standardization processes for analyses by creating routines, defining models, and structuring data flows to optimize time and reduce rework; * Provide technical support to CBA departments by understanding their needs, identifying essential information, and delivering targeted analyses to strengthen data-driven decision-making; * Map analytical needs of operational and administrative departments by analyzing requests, identifying gaps, and structuring indicators to enhance the company’s data maturity; * Monitor performance of strategic indicators by updating results, verifying targets, and identifying critical variances to support the company’s tactical planning. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** **Prerequisites:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. **Desired Knowledge and Skills:** Power BI, SQL, ETL tools (Pentaho or similar), Data Modeling, **Advanced Excel** (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling), Database Structuring, Python, ERPs and corporate systems, Data Visualization Techniques, Analytical Capability and Organization of Large Volumes of Data. Experience developing executive presentations. Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools.
