Job Summary: This role involves data management, KPI monitoring, financial planning support, BI tool maintenance, and strategic interface for cost validation. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting management in revenue planning and forecasting ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Data and Reporting Management: Extracting and consolidating data via ERP (Oracle/BI) to generate monthly performance reports and control spreadsheets; * KPI Monitoring: Tracking essential financial indicators such as net profitability, EBITDA, contribution margin, and cash flow; * Planning and Forecasting: Supporting management in identifying budget variances and developing revenue forecasts; * BI Tools: Maintaining dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and Easyplanner; * Strategic Interface: Validating costs and expenses with contract coordinators to ensure data accuracy and support decision-making. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Production, Electrical, or Mechanical); * Intermediate/Advanced Excel: Proficiency in tables, formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS) and chart creation for reporting; * Preferred: Knowledge of Power BI. ### **BENEFITS** Medical and/or Dental Assistance Flexible Benefit (Meal/Meal Voucher) Transportation Voucher Life Insurance Birthday Day-Off Pharmacy Assistance Eyewear Assistance Workplace Gymnastics TotalPass Stress-relief Activities In-house Clinical Psychologist Fruits and coffee available on all floors ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
