Job Summary: A professional responsible for receiving, inspecting, recording, storing, picking, packaging, and supporting inventory activities for goods, ensuring warehouse organization and proper stock flow. Accurate order picking and packaging **Job Description:** ---------------------- Goods Receipt: Verify incoming documentation such as invoices and confirm that received items match registered information. Physical Inspection: Physically count and inspect goods to ensure quantities, specifications, and conditions are correct and compliant with requirements. Identification and Labeling: Identify and label goods according to internal company procedures, including application of barcodes or other relevant information. Inbound and Outbound Recording: Record received or dispatched goods in the company’s inventory management systems, updating information on quantities, locations, and status. Storage: Organize and store goods appropriately in designated warehouse areas, following storage and handling instructions. Occasionally perform basic forklift maneuvers to facilitate storage and movement of goods, always adhering to established safety regulations. Order Picking: Select goods according to purchase orders or shipping requests, ensuring accuracy and integrity of selected items. Packaging and Labeling: Package goods securely and appropriately for transportation, applying labels and identification information as required. Inventory Support: Assist in periodic inventory activities, supporting physical counting and stock reconciliation.
