As a **Commercial Analyst**, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial team in operational routines, information organization, and basic performance indicator tracking, contributing to process efficiency and decision-making support. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you daily:** * Update and monitor lead and customer service flow in the CRM, ensuring accurate information registration and flagging pending items; * Organize and verify commercial data by updating databases and records, ensuring information consistency; * Support commercial performance indicator tracking through data collection and report/dashboard updates; * Assist communication among Commercial, Marketing, and Sales departments, ensuring proper information flow; * Support commercial campaign tracking by organizing data and verifying deliverables; * Update commercial registrations and records in systems, ensuring information traceability; * Support managerial report preparation by organizing and compiling data; * Monitor the sales funnel, updating information and assisting in opportunity identification; * Assist in basic sales performance analysis, comparing data and supporting the team in organizing information; * Support the commercial team in administrative routines, demand organization, and deadline compliance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** **Prerequisites:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields; **Desired Knowledge and Skills:** Experience in administrative, commercial, or sales support roles. Proficiency in Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides). Familiarity with CRM, Sienge, and commercial management systems. Ability to work with data and information in an organized and analytical manner. Experience in the real estate sector. Organization and attention to detail. Logical reasoning and ability to work with data and indicators. Proactivity and agility in task execution. Clear and concise communication. Collaborative profile, working integrally across different departments.
