We are looking for a Sales Associate to join the La Mia Dolce Vita team in Florianópolis, SC. The professional will be responsible for welcoming and serving customers in person and online, presenting and selling our products, assembling candy packaging, maintaining store organization and cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence. Qualifications: Customer Service: Strong communication skills and empathy are essential to provide exceptional customer service. Organization and Proactivity: Ability to organize the workplace, attention to detail, and initiative to resolve issues. Food or Pastry Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in food establishments or interest in this field is considered a plus. Desirable flexibility in working hours, willingness to work in a team, and ability to multitask. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM\. Saturdays from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM\. Day off: Sundays.
