Job Summary: Active customer service via online platform and WhatsApp, with emphasis on education, friendliness, and proactive product and promotion offerings. Key Highlights: 1. Base salary: **R$ 2,256.00**, per the category standard; **+ R$500.00** after the probationary period (45 or 90 days) for sales staff with prior experience in compounding pharmacies; or **R$ 250.00** after the probationary period (45 or 90 days) for sales staff without such experience; **+ R$250.00** monthly in Phytomaster products; (R$150.00 after probation and upon completing one year of employment, increasing to R$250.00\). **+ Sales commission**, potentially exceeding **R$ 2,000.00**; **+ R$ 172.00** childcare allowance; Transportation voucher (no statutory deduction, effective after probationary period); On-site meals provided (no deductions); Overtime pay processed directly on payroll—no time-banking system. **Main Responsibilities:** Customer service and active sales via online platform and WhatsApp; Emphasis on courteous, friendly, and accurate responses; Clarifying questions regarding formulations, proactively recommending products and/or promotions aligned with the customer’s profile, especially to encourage loyalty. **Required and/or Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in pharmacy or drugstore customer service; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work effectively in teams; Adaptability to change; Goal- and target-oriented mindset—both individual and collective; Competitiveness and conciseness; Persuasion; Organization; Active listening; Empathy and positive attitude; **Additional Benefits:** 44-hour weekly schedule (Monday to Friday, with Saturday hours compensated); \- Pharmacy partnership—30% discount on compounded products; \- Education assistance up to 100% of course tuition (course and benefit subject to evaluation after probationary period); \- Daily 15-minute snack break, not deducted from weekly working hours; \- Monthly Phytomaster Kit valued at R$150.00, increasing annually upon completion of each full year of employment, capped at R$250.00\. \- Birthday Phytomaster Kit gift; \- Daily rest room; and \- Shared dining area.
