Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive Junior Scriptwriter to develop digital content scripts and join an experienced team at SpotLab. Key Highlights: 1. Support the creation and adaptation of scripts for various digital platforms. 2. Collaborate in brainstorming sessions and develop creative content ideas. 3. Research language and format trends in the digital space. We are looking for a Junior Scriptwriter eager to learn and contribute creative ideas to the development of digital content scripts. You will participate in brainstorming sessions, assist in creating and adapting scripts for different formats (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and others), and support the scriptwriting and directing teams in building engaging narratives. We seek someone with strong writing skills, keen attention to digital trends, and willingness to learn from an experienced and collaborative team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the creation and adaptation of scripts for different formats and platforms. * Collaborate with the team in brainstorming sessions and creative idea development. * Write texts, dialogues, and voice-over scripts under guidance from mid-level or senior scriptwriters. * Research references and language/format trends in the digital space. * Assist in reviewing and refining scripts based on team feedback. * Ensure coherence and alignment with brand and project identity. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Journalism, Advertising, Cinema, Literature, Screenwriting, or related fields; * Prior experience (even in academic, independent, or freelance projects) is considered a plus; * Portfolio or samples of written texts and scripts are welcome; * Strong writing skills and command of grammar; * Basic understanding of storytelling and script structure; * Interest in audiovisual formats and digital language; * Familiarity with writing tools (Google Docs, Notion, or similar); * Preferred: basic knowledge of SEO for YouTube and social media; * Creativity and curiosity to learn; * Good communication skills and team spirit; * Organization and attention to detail; * Proactivity and openness to feedback; * Interest in building a career in scriptwriting and digital content; **Additional Information** Our benefits: * Restaurant voucher and equipped cafeteria; * Transportation allowance; * Unimed Health Plan including telemedicine via AIS Unimed; * Uniodonto Dental Plan; * Childcare allowance; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Sesc membership; * Pharmacy discount program; * Life insurance; * Discount on ND newspaper subscription, which includes the Clube NDmais benefits program; * ND University (our internal training and course platform).
