Creative, proactive profile with constant pursuit of knowledge **Responsibilities:** * Develop content and materials for digital training in various formats, including videos, audio, PDFs, infographics, and interactive training objects using Genial.ly; * Organize and manage activities aimed at developing learning objects. **Essential Requirements:** * Proficiency with technology; * Knowledge of the Adobe suite; * Familiarity with AI-powered authoring tools; * Knowledge of video editing tools; * Knowledge of video production/editing tools. **Desirable Requirements:** * Familiarity with Invideo; * Familiarity with Genial.ly; * Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Experience Platforms (LXP). **Desired Profile:** * Ability to communicate effectively; * Open and receptive attitude toward innovation; * Experience in corporate education; * Ability to produce content in multiple formats; * Experience in designing engaging learning experiences; * Capacity to work collaboratively and cooperatively; * Drive for continuous learning and professional updating; * Creativity, organization, proactivity, and commitment.
