Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Assistant – Biotechnology to perform routine tasks in production, inventory, and shipping, ensuring organization, technical control, and strict adherence to processes. Key Highlights: 1. Operational involvement in production, inventory, and shipping within biotechnology. 2. Ensuring organization, technical control, and compliance with processes. 3. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of sensitive laboratory equipment. We are looking for a **Production Assistant – Biotechnology** to operate actively in production, inventory, and shipping routines, ensuring organization, technical control, and strict compliance with processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Receiving and Inspection: Receive, inspect, and store raw materials and products, ensuring traceability and organization. * Kit Assembly: Prepare, assemble, label, and organize kits and products for molecular diagnostics. * Inventory Control: Manage batches, expiration dates, traceability, and conduct periodic stock counts. * Storage Monitoring: Monitor daily temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, and ambient environment. * Shipping: Pick, organize, and prepare orders for dispatch. * System Updates: Record inventory and production movements in the ERP system. * Adherence to SOPs: Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Laboratory Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization of workbenches and sensitive equipment (e.g., pipettes, laminar flow hoods, etc.). **Technical Requirements** * Education: Technical degree in Biotechnology, Clinical Analysis, Chemistry, or Biomedicine; or completed or near-completion Bachelor’s degree in related fields; * Experience in a laboratory environment (production or research); * Basic handling of reagents and use of pipettes; * Familiarity with technical inventory control and cold chain management; * Basic knowledge of molecular diagnostics (preferred); Minimum Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree
