Act proactively and pay attention to detail in cleaning routines ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Responsible for cleaning, preservation, and organization of common areas in **RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUMS**, ensuring clean, safe, and suitable environments for residents, visitors, and staff, in accordance with the company's procedures, routines, and operational standards. Works in an organized and responsible manner, performing tasks according to defined checklists, correctly using cleaning products, equipment, and PPE, contributing to the condominium’s positive appearance and customer satisfaction. **Main responsibilities:** Perform cleaning and preservation of internal and external common areas; Carry out proper collection, separation, and disposal of waste; Restock hygiene and cleaning supplies as needed; Ensure appropriate use of equipment, materials, and PPE; Carry out daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning routines; Report any irregularities, damages, or maintenance needs to the immediate supervisor; Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor within the condominium environment. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** The candidate must demonstrate ethical behavior, appropriate conduct in a condominium setting, and commitment to service quality, adhering to the company’s rules, routines, and operational standards. **Behavioral competencies:** Organization and attention to detail; Responsibility and commitment to schedules and routines; Discipline in following procedures and instructions; Professional and respectful attitude toward residents, visitors, and team members; Discretion and sound judgment in the workplace; Proactivity within the scope of the role. **Technical competencies:** Basic knowledge of cleaning and preservation techniques; Ability to correctly use cleaning products and equipment; Attention to safety regulations and mandatory use of PPE; Ability to perform routines according to established checklists. **Desirable qualifications:** Previous experience in this role or similar activities; Experience in residential or commercial condominiums (a plus); Availability to work varied shifts and hours, as required by the position. Expected daily attitudes: Keep the workplace clean and organized throughout the workday; Complete tasks within defined deadlines; Report irregularities, damages, or supply shortages; Uphold the image of both the company and the condominium where employed. ### **JOB BENEFITS** **SALARY AND BENEFITS** The remuneration for the General Services Assistant role is determined in accordance with the current Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) applicable to the profession, respecting the contracted working hours. **Base Salary** Base salary (8 hours/day / 220 hours/month): R$ 1.752,85 **➕ Hazard Pay Allowance** 20% of base salary, as stipulated in the CBA; Important: The hazard pay allowance is guaranteed for General Services Assistants in condominiums, per union classification. **Attendance Bonus** 7% of total remuneration, paid monthly; Granted to employees with no absences during the month, including justified absences; **Meal Voucher** R$33 per workday (8-hour shift); Average monthly amount: R$ 858 (26 days); **Other benefits** Transportation voucher, as per legislation; Formal employment registration (CLT); Uniform and PPE provided by the company; Group life insurance, as per CBA. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract type:** CLT #### **Dear applicant, by applying for this position, you acknowledge and agree that your data and application information will be shared with Talentbrand and made available to the hiring company.**
