This professional will be responsible for guiding the team, monitoring daily routines, and ensuring that logistics activities are executed with quality, safety, and within established deadlines. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise all warehouse-area activities during the night shift; * Lead, guide, and train the logistics team, monitoring and evaluating task execution; * Monitor team performance, ensuring achievement of targets and adherence to operational procedures; * Daily oversight of administrative routines during the night shift; * Supervise and support the Logistics Leader, ensuring proper execution of tasks assigned to the team; * Ensure organization, safety, and efficiency of logistics processes. ### **Requirements:** * Prior experience in logistics/warehousing; * Experience leading teams; * Knowledge of logistics processes; * Availability to work night shifts. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in food distribution companies. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Department:** Operations
