All share a common strategic vision focused on excellence in service delivery and solution implementation. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Material Receiving:** * Verify invoices and purchase orders. * Check quantity, quality, and specifications of received goods. * Record receipt in ERP system or management software. **Storage and Organization:** * Identify and label materials according to internal standards. * Organize products by category, batch, and expiration date. * Ensure appropriate storage conditions (cleanliness, temperature, security). **Inventory Control:** * Conduct periodic inventories and system adjustments. * Monitor inventory levels and flag replenishment needs. * Manage critical and high-value materials. **Distribution and Dispatch:** * Pick and prepare materials for internal or external delivery. * Issue requisitions and dispatch orders. * Ensure deadlines and specifications are met. **Documentation and Reporting:** * Update movement records in the system. * Prepare inventory, loss, and damage reports. * Support internal and external audits. **Compliance with Standards:** * Follow safety and quality procedures. * Adhere to asset control policies and compliance requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (technical course in Logistics preferred). * Prior experience in warehousing or related areas. * Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, etc.). * Basic knowledge of inventory control, stocktaking, and material handling. * Ability to operate forklifts (where applicable). **Additional Information** We value our employees and therefore offer a comprehensive benefits package supporting well-being, security, and quality of life, including: Transportation Benefit – Assistance for daily commuting between residence and workplace.
