Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for administrative and operational tasks related to document issuance, cargo tracking, and procedure verification. Key Highlights: 1. CT-e and manifest issuance 2. Loading and trip status tracking 3. Internal procedure verification and equipment handling RESPONSIBILITIES \- Issuance of CT-es and manifests \- Perform vehicle checklists \- Monitor trailer testing \- Keep the administrative department informed about the loading status of each cargo \- Track trip status updates \- Verify and monitor equipment handling during loading and unloading \- Conduct rounds to verify internal procedures REQUIREMENTS: \- Experience with CT-e and manifest issuance \- Knowledge of the SSW system \- Flexible working hours \- Proficiency in Excel \- Typing skills \- Residency in São José / SC Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.200,00 \- R$2\.350,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Internet allowance * Free parking * Life insurance Work Location: On-site
