If you are a proactive professional, adaptable to change, and committed to continuous improvement, **join us**! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct studies to improve productivity and eliminate bottlenecks; * Size storage, picking, and material handling structures for CD expansion projects; * Prepare project budgets; * Develop and monitor project schedules; * Monitor adherence to the approved budget; * Track expense approvals and their impact on managerial reports (BI)/(BO); * Follow the methodology for developing operational indicators, delivering consistent and timely information; * Conduct audits at distribution centers (CDs), per the agreed methodology; * Document procedures, map and diagram process flows, and propose improvements; * Perform root cause and various statistical analyses to understand operational behavior through correlations among process variables; * Identify needs for automation/system development to improve processes, increase control, or solve problems, and monitor solution development with the IT department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; * Prior experience in this role; **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * PDS (Superior Performance Bonus); * Partnerships and Agreements (SESC, universities, restaurants, leisure, culture, etc.); * Educational/Development Platform and Development Programs; * Maternity Program; * TotalPass Program; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance or Food Allowance; **Work Schedule: 9:00 PM – 5:48 AM, Monday to Friday** **Work Model: IN-PERSON** **Location: R Tenente Leovegildo Pinheiro, 1500, Fazenda Santo Antônio, São José \- SANTA CATARINA** We are **GrupoSC**: the extension of the pharmaceutical industry, offering customer-focused solutions centered on patients and consumers, composed of major brands such as SantaCruz, Panpharma, and Oncoprod.
