Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for implementing the platform at client sites, configuring systems, mapping business processes, training users, and preparing technical documentation. You will be responsible for implementing our platform at new client sites, performing system configuration and parameterization, mapping procurement processes, training users and providing assisted operation, preparing technical and business documentation, and prototyping screens. You will also provide guidance and support to our integration partners. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Analyze and gather requirements, guiding clients toward optimal modeling practices; * Perform function point counting; * Prepare business specifications and technical specifications (User Stories); * Conduct training sessions and demonstrations during project delivery (User Acceptance Testing); * Report on project progress; * Execute project-related activities; * Prepare and update system manuals. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of SQL; * Knowledge of data structures; * Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.); * Experience with BPM; * Knowledge of bug tracking and creation of use cases/test scenarios; * Ability to manage more than one project simultaneously; * Conflict resolution skills applicable during implementation projects; * Proactive approach to defining process modeling solutions for clients; * Screen prototyping; * Willingness to travel; * Familiarity with function point analysis methodology. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in projects or products involving integration of disparate systems (web services); * Knowledge of procurement processes (Supply Chain); * Knowledge of DevOps and CRM Dynamics; * Experience preparing system manuals. **Benefits:** * Meal/Voucher allowance with no payroll deduction; * Health insurance plan with no employee co-payment; * Dental insurance plan with no employee co-payment; * Tuition Assistance Program; * Workplace Gymnastics; * Birthday day-off; * Referral bonus upon successful hire; * Happy Friday; * Connectivity Allowance; * Fresh fruit available throughout the day; * Free parking; * Tickets for Paradigma Cine Arte. **We are inclusive and respect differences:** our opportunities are open to all talents.
