Job Summary:
Act as a technical and strategic agent in transportation logistics operations, ensuring the achievement of efficiency, quality, cost, and timeline targets through continuous analysis and auditing.

Act as a technical and strategic agent in transportation logistics operations, ensuring strict adherence to efficiency, quality, cost, and timeline targets through analytical monitoring and continuous auditing of external operations.
* Responsibilities:
Conduct carrier prospecting, qualification, and management, leading contractual and tariff negotiations;
Be responsible for managing the company's transportation budget;
Critically analyze and negotiate freight rate tables from new less-than-truckload (LTL) service providers, evaluating financial viability, operational capacity, and alignment with required quality standards;
Register and maintain carriers and drivers in internal systems (TMS and ERP);
Prepare freight quotations for full-load and partial-load delivery and pickup operations, identifying economically viable alternatives aligned with operational requirements and established deadlines;
Support load planning and consolidation, as well as waybill preparation, optimizing both owned and third-party logistics resources according to operational demand;
Contribute to defining and optimizing logistics routes for the company-owned fleet, focusing on cost reduction, improved service levels, and increased productivity of both owned and third-party fleets;
Schedule and monitor deliveries in alignment with commercial scheduling;
Collect, analyze, and report logistics indicators (KPIs), preparing managerial reports focused on continuous improvement, performance control, and decision-making support;
Manage logistics documentation (transport documents, invoices, and contracts), ensuring traceability, compliance, and integration of information across departments;
Provide technical support to carriers and drivers, resolving operational issues and promoting smooth logistics operations;
Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and best practices in occupational health and organization.
* Requirements:
Proven experience in freight negotiations;
Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
Advanced Excel proficiency.
* Preferred Qualifications:
Power BI;
Familiarity with Sanhkya ERP and DATAFRETE TMS.

Salary: R$4.500,00 \- R$6.200,00 per month
