Job Summary: A professional to organize, manage, and optimize logistics and e-commerce processes—from warehouse operations through post-sale activities—to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. E-commerce, logistics, or shipping experience preferred 2. Customer support on e-commerce platforms and marketplaces 3. Inventory management and control, as well as optimization of logistics processes Location: Tijucas/SC Work Model: On-site Key Responsibilities \- Organize, store, and replenish products in the warehouse/stock \- Pick, verify, invoice, and pack orders quickly and accurately \- Monitor and ensure adherence to deadlines for order invoicing, processing, and shipment \- Manage and control inventory (receipts, shipments, and physical counts) \- Handle post-sales activities, providing customer support on e-commerce and marketplace platforms \- Support workplace organization and optimization of logistics processes \- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience Requirements \- Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in progress are desirable) \- Prior experience in e-commerce, logistics, or shipping is a plus \- Proficiency with digital systems, e-commerce platforms, and management tools Behavioral Profile \- Proactivity and strong sense of responsibility \- Organization and attention to detail \- Strong verbal and written communication skills \- Agility and ability to meet deadlines \- Aptitude for working with technology and learning new systems \- Teamwork capability \- Commitment to quality and efficiency Advantages \- Experience with marketplaces (e.g., Mercado Livre, Shopee, Amazon, etc.) \- Knowledge of ERP systems or order management platforms \- Basic customer service knowledge Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) permanent position Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
