Job Summary:
The Fleet Inspector monitors and manages the utilization, performance, and maintenance of the fleet, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimization of resources.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 18:00.

Position: **Fleet Inspector**
**Responsibilities:**
* Monitor the company's vehicle fleet utilization and performance, ensuring efficient and appropriate resource usage;
* Conduct inspection and control of mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance, and other relevant fleet-related information;
* Prepare managerial reports on fleet status, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing corrective actions;
* Coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance processes, ensuring fleet safety and operational readiness;
* Supervise the driver team, guiding them on fleet usage procedures and policies;
* Ensure compliance with fleet-related laws and regulations, including vehicle licensing, insurance, and documentation.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education;
* Driver’s License Category B;
* Knowledge of traffic legislation and fleet administration regulations;
* Communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills;
* Data analysis capability and ability to prepare managerial reports;
* Computer literacy, including proficiency in electronic spreadsheets and fleet management systems.
**Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):**
* Technical or higher education in Administration, Logistics, or related fields;
* Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair;
* Certifications related to fleet management and inspection;
**Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 18:00.
Employment Type: Full-time CLT
Compensation: R$1.800,00 – R$2.400,00 per month
