We seek an OPME Assistant focused on **inventory management and dispensing of Orthoses, Prostheses, and Special Materials.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive, inspect, and store OPME materials according to institutional and sanitary regulations. * Monitor batch numbers, expiration dates, integrity, and traceability of items. * Dispense materials for surgeries according to scheduled procedures and prior authorization. * Record all movements in the system to ensure inventory accuracy and traceability. * Support inventories, reconciliations, and consigned material control. * Collaborate with clinical teams and suppliers to ensure timely material availability. * Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (ANVISA, applicable RDCs) and internal policies. * Contribute to logistical organization and continuous improvement of OPME processes. **Desired Profile** * Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible. * Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. * Proactive and capable of operating in a dynamic and clinical environment. * Prior experience in hospital inventory, Central Material Supply (CME), medical material logistics, or OPME is preferred. * Knowledge of traceability and critical material control is desirable. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (higher education in Administration, Hospital Management, or Health-related fields preferred or in progress); * Prior experience with OPME (Orthoses, Prostheses, and Special Materials), particularly in post-authorization routines, hospital billing, or procurement; * Basic knowledge of TUSS and health plan fee schedules; * Experience with hospital information systems (e.g., Tasy, SAP, or similar) is preferred; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of priority; * Proficiency in Excel; **Additional Information** ***Benefits*** * Meal Allowance – Pluxee Multibenefits Card (Sodexo); * Transportation Allowance; * UNIMED Health Plan; * Amil Dental Plan, extendable to dependents and affiliates; * Wellhub (Gympass), extendable to dependents; * Tuition Assistance for courses; * Training platform.
