Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics and Receiving Assistant to handle material receipt, verification, routing, and control, ensuring warehouse organization. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Logistics and Receiving Assistant** to perform the following duties: * Receive materials; * Verify goods by cross-checking physical inventory, invoices (NF), and purchase orders according to delivery notes; * Route and deliver materials to respective departments (warehouse, factory, and/or administrative); * Analyze and monitor inventory, reconciling physical and system stock levels; * Ensure accuracy of stock information; * Identify, sort, and store materials in appropriate locations; * Maintain an organized, clean warehouse with controlled access; * Sort materials for dispatch to construction sites; * Support logistical routines as required by operations; * Perform other related duties. **Requirements:** * Experience in material receipt, delivery notes, and invoices (NF); * Basic computer skills; * Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented profile; * Undergraduate studies in Logistics or related fields (in progress); * Commitment to safety regulations and asset protection; * Forklift operator certification. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of R$35.00 per working day (not deducted from payroll); * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy (not deducted from payroll); * Common area for rest; * Kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator; * Free parking; * Life insurance of R$8.33 (deducted from payroll). **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00; Friday: 08:00–17:00. **Salary:** * Competitive with the position.
