Job Summary: We are seeking a Controller Analyst to ensure the integrity and standardization of our database, strategically supporting system configuration and providing assistance to Procurement, Logistics, and IT departments. We seek a **CONTROLLER ANALYST** to ensure the integrity, standardization, and quality of the group's database, strategically supporting system configuration and assisting Procurement, Logistics, and IT departments. **Responsibilities:** * **Data Management:** Conduct review, updating, and standardization of the entire registration database (customers, suppliers, products, and services), ensuring accurate codes and descriptions. * **System Configuration:** Perform configurations and technical integrations within the **ERP Senior**, ensuring correct information flow. * **Strategic Interface:** Represent the registration department with the IT team and other user departments, collaborating to continuously improve internal processes and workflows. * **Operational Support:** Support Procurement and Logistics teams with up-to-date data and assist various group companies with tasks relevant to this position. * **KPIs and Compliance:** Monitor departmental KPIs and ensure all processes comply with internal policies and the **LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018)**, safeguarding full data confidentiality. * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with this role. **What You Bring:** * Proven prior experience as a Mid-Level Registration Analyst. * Proficiency in the **ERP Senior** system and **Advanced Excel**. * Solid knowledge of invoices and taxation. * **Intermediate English** (technical reading and basic conversation). * Systemic mindset, discipline, discretion, and excellent interpersonal skills. **Work Location:** São José \- Barreiros **Work Model:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
