If you’re looking for a place to innovate, learn, and grow, **CondoConta** is your next step. **Your Day-to-Day** You’ll work as a **Python Developer with strong DevOps and platform expertise**, building, evolving, and operating critical systems within our core financial platform. Our tech stack runs on **AWS, Kubernetes, and event-driven architectures**, with emphasis on automation, resilience, observability, and scalability. Here, code and infrastructure move hand-in-hand. You’ll develop services in Python—but you’ll also be responsible for ensuring they **start up, scale, monitor themselves, and self-heal**. **Challenges and Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain backend services in **Python**, integrated with CondoConta’s core financial platform. * Design, implement, and operate workloads on **Kubernetes (EKS)**. * Build and maintain **CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions**. * Work with **Temporal** to orchestrate distributed, resilient workflows. * Define and evolve infrastructure-as-code using **Pulumi**. * Implement autoscaling using **Karpenter** and **KEDA**. * Implement observability with **Prometheus**, metrics, alerts, and dashboards. * Work with **Istio** for service mesh, traffic control, and inter-service security. * Ensure robust practices for security, reliability, and high availability. * Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design scalable, sustainable solutions. **What You Must Bring:** * Solid production experience with **Python**. * Practical experience with **AWS**. * Real-world experience with **Kubernetes** (not just “I once deployed a cluster”). * Knowledge of **CI/CD**, especially with **GitHub Actions**. * Hands-on experience with **infrastructure-as-code** (Pulumi is a major plus). * Experience with **Temporal** or distributed orchestration systems. * Knowledge of **observability** (Prometheus, metrics, alerts). * Familiarity with **event-driven architectures**. * Strong foundation in relational and/or NoSQL databases. * Availability to work in a hybrid model in Florianópolis/SC. **You’ll Make Our Eyes Shine If You Have:** * Experience with **Karpenter** and/or **KEDA**. * Experience with **service mesh**, especially **Istio**. * Experience operating financial or mission-critical systems. * Knowledge of application and cloud infrastructure security. * A “you build it, you run it” mindset. **Benefits of Joining CondoConta:** * Employment terms that support your financial autonomy; * Reimbursement for in-office days (for those working hybrid in Florianópolis); * Equipment to work comfortably; * Gympass and Conexa Saúde for physical and mental well-being; * Home office allowance; * Birthday day off and anniversary leave; * …and other benefits to support your journey both inside and outside of work.
