Opportunity for proactive professionals with a goal-oriented mindset We are looking for a BDR to work on-site in the Ingleses neighborhood, Florianópolis/SC. **Work Location:** ✔ On-site – Ingleses \| Florianópolis. **Working Hours:** ✔ Monday to Friday. ✔ Business hours. **Employment Type:** ✔ Individual Contractor (PJ) **Main Responsibilities:** Active prospecting of new clients (outbound); Lead qualification and identification of business opportunities; Outreach via phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn; Scheduling meetings for the sales team; Updating information in the CRM; Supporting the development of prospecting strategies. **Requirements** Previous experience as a BDR, SDR, or in sales; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented profile; Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems; B2B sales experience is desirable. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience with outbound prospecting; Background in technology or services; Knowledge of sales techniques and lead qualification. ### **Employment Type:** Individual Contractor (PJ) ### **Department:** Sales
