Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented maintenance assistant to support the building maintenance team, ensuring the proper upkeep of the group's properties. Key Highlights: 1. As our maintenance assistant, you will support the maintenance team in preserving and maintaining the group's properties. If you consider yourself proactive and detail-oriented, join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform **structural and finishing repairs**, including room painting, plastering, floor and ceramic tile replacement. * Carry out **plumbing and furniture maintenance**, such as faucet installation and replacement, bathroom and cafeteria repairs, furniture and general administrative area maintenance, as well as drain cleaning. * Conduct **preventive and corrective maintenance** to ensure optimal facility operation. * Record all activities and **complete service orders** for internal tracking. * Assist in **overseeing third-party service providers**, ensuring quality and timely delivery. * Maintain **organization and cleanliness** of shared equipment and tools. * Strictly comply with **occupational safety regulations**, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as directed by the company. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Experience in building maintenance, civil construction, or related fields (freelance work also accepted); * Attention to detail and care when performing finishing tasks and other duties. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in painting and grouting finishing; * NR 35\. **Additional Information** Benefits Meal Allowance or Food Voucher of R$ 30.00 per day (with no 20% deduction); Transportation Voucher or Fuel Voucher (with no 6% deduction); Unimed Health Plan (monthly fee covered by the company); Uniodonto Dental Plan; Merit Bonus; Gympass (Wellhub); Monthly multivitamin kit; Essential Nutrition products available in cafeterias; Life Insurance; 50% discount on our products; Discount network at stores and restaurants; Year-end gift; Meditation/Rest room; Health Promotion Program offering medical, pediatric, and psychological services; Be Generous Project — nutritional supplementation for employees during pregnancy; Partnerships with universities, language schools, and early childhood education institutions; Education Assistance Scholarship covering up to 50% of course tuition; Free parking.
