We are looking for a professional to lead TopMed’s commercial expansion in the private sector — establishing trust-based relationships with private institutions, leading consultative sales processes, and overseeing all stages until contractual signing. Be the bridge between opportunity and solution, from first contact to successful implementation. Responsibilities: * Develop deep knowledge of the company’s offered and delivered services; * Generate new business opportunities through proactive and strategic prospecting, ensuring pipeline volume and quality aligned with defined targets; * Lead the entire B2B sales cycle — from initial outreach to closing — following TopMed’s commercial methodology; * Qualify opportunities thoroughly by conducting consultative diagnostics that connect client pain points with the company’s solutions, always aiming for contractual efficiency; * Present and defend commercial proposals, pricing effectively, creating a sense of urgency, and guiding clients toward decision-making; * Manage the sales pipeline with discipline, ensuring forecast reliability and consistent CRM updates; * Execute consistent and strategic follow-ups, maintaining commercial momentum until opportunity conversion; * Manage and expand the client portfolio, focusing on retention, loyalty, and identification of new business opportunities; * Take ownership of personal goals, monitoring KPIs and proactively adjusting commercial strategy as needed; * Pursue continuous development, enhancing both technical and commercial capabilities to consistently improve performance.
