Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Receptionist for a high-end beauty salon, with a focus on excellence in customer service, appointment scheduling, and sales of services and products. Administrative support and cash operations We are looking for a Commercial Receptionist to work at a high-end beauty salon, with a communicative, organized, and committed profile focused on excellence in customer service and experience. **Location: José Carlos Daux Highway, 5500** **Employment Type: CLT** **Monthly Salary: R$ 2\.190,00 \+ commission** **Meal Voucher: R$20.00 per day** **Transportation Voucher** **Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 10 AM to 7 PM; Saturday: 10 AM to 2 PM** **Responsibilities:** In-person and digital (WhatsApp and social media) customer service, reception and guidance of customers, scheduling organization and confirmation, data entry into the system, presentation and sale of services, procedures, packages and products, negotiation according to company guidelines, post-sales and customer retention, administrative support, opening and closing of the establishment, cash operations, payment recording, issuance of receipts, and forwarding of financial information as per internal procedures. **Requirements:** * Strong communication skills and courteous customer service; * Organization, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility; * Proactivity and commitment; * Professional demeanor and teamwork; * Interest in working in a high-end environment; * Preferred: currently studying Esthetics, Biomedicine or related fields.
