Your PRIMARY FOCUS will be closing dental implant contracts within the clinic's established prerequisites. To achieve this, the following competencies are ESSENTIAL: 1\. Technical knowledge: Understanding of dental implant procedures and the ability to explain them clearly and effectively to potential clients. 2\. Communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and persuasively, explaining the clinic's service benefits and addressing client questions. 3\. Empathy and sensitivity: Ability to understand patients' needs and concerns regarding dental procedures, demonstrating empathy and providing emotional support. 4\. Product knowledge: Familiarity with different types of dental implants, materials used, and associated benefits of each option. 5\. Negotiation skills: Ability to identify patients' specific needs and offer customized solutions meeting their expectations. 6\. Organization and time management: Ability to manage time efficiently, schedule appointments, and follow a structured process for prospect follow-up.
