As the receptionist, you will be the company’s first point of contact, providing administrative support across the entire organization. You will welcome visitors and clients and coordinate reception activities, including mail distribution and telephone call redirection. RESPONSIBILITIES Greet and receive clients, directing\-them to the appropriate department; Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, stocked with all necessary supplies and coffee items; Provide basic and accurate information to people via phone or email; Receive, sort, and distribute daily letters and deliveries; Maintain office security by following security procedures and controlling access through the reception; Update calendars and meeting room scheduling systems. REQUIREMENTS High school diploma, technical certification, or currently pursuing higher education; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Proactive and multitasking profile, with excellent organizational skills.
