




Job Summary: Responsible for preparing meeting rooms, managing documents, issuing vehicle documents annually, coordinating building maintenance, and assisting with finance-related tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Document management and meeting organization 2. Assistance with financial tasks and bank reconciliations 3. Building maintenance and vehicle management Responsibilities: Prepare the meeting room when important visits are scheduled by management, sending general documents (e.g., bank account opening, new company registration, keeping CND updated, verifying mobile phone bills, submitting service requests when necessary (e.g., City Hall, Celesc, Casan, etc.). Issue vehicle-related documents annually. Building maintenance (receiving contractors, collecting quotations, etc.). Assist with accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, ledger entries and statements, and generate reports.
