Bring your talent, passion, and vision to Hospital e Clínica Vista! **Sterilization Assistant** **Job Responsibilities:** Wash, dry, package, sterilize, and store surgical instruments and materials; Maintain equipment cleaning according to protocol; Implement hospital infection prevention and control measures; Conduct sterilization safety tests for autoclaves and ultrasonic washers per protocol; Keep work areas organized and aseptic; Monitor and request supplies needed by the department; Monitor sterilization validity of instruments in the central supply area and room temperature per protocol; Track delivery and receipt of sterilized materials from third-party service providers; Use personal protective equipment (PPE) per protocol; Perform other duties related to the department as required. **Salary:** R$1,978.00 + R$324.20 hygiene allowance **Requirements:** Completed high school education and relevant experience **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 10:15 AM to 8:00 PM **Benefits:** Meal Allowance (R$420.00) Medical and Dental Plans Attendance Bonus (R$100.00) Partnership Agreements with Institutions Transportation Voucher **Location:** Centro, Florianópolis Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) permanent position Compensation: R$1,978.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Partnership agreements and commercial discounts * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
