We are hiring a **Production Assistant** to work at our factory located in **São José/SC**. If you seek an opportunity in a dynamic and challenging environment, join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Perform process steps according to production orders and shift targets. * Follow SOPs, work instructions, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and quality standards. * Prepare workbenches and materials, and perform proper intubation of natural casings, maintaining pace and quality intermittently. * Measure and record casing length, ensuring calibers and dimensions comply with specifications. * Package products into containers/drums, label, seal, and move them to designated areas. * Conduct visual inspections, segregate non-conformities, and document occurrences to ensure batch traceability. * Maintain clean and organized workbenches, equipment, and work areas; support 5S routines and proper waste disposal. **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Availability to work in Barreiros, São José * Proactivity, motivation, discipline, responsibility, and organization * Teamwork skills * Availability to start immediately **We Offer:** * Remuneration of R$ 2300.00 (salary + hazard pay) * Sodexo Meal Voucher worth R$ 400.00 * Fuel allowance according to internal policy * Life and accident insurance * SESI Dental and Medical Plan * SESC benefits * Breakfast/afternoon snack (bread, coffee, milk) * On-site meals * Transportation voucher * Fuel allowance **After Experience:** * Amil Health Plan (monthly premium discount of R$ 5.00) * Amil Dental Plan * Attendance bonus up to R$ 125.00 per month * PIEP: Professional Education Incentive Program **\*Equality and Diversity at Van Hessen** We value diversity and are committed to providing an inclusive workplace where all employees are respected and supported, regardless of gender, age, ethnic origin, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or socioeconomic background.
