Job Summary:
Professional responsible for greeting, identifying, and guiding guests; performing check-in/check-out procedures; providing in-person/telephone service; handling registrations and reservations; and advising customers.

* Greet, identify, and guide guests on accommodation services; perform check\-in and check\-out.
* Provide in-person and telephone service; handle registrations and reservations; advise customers on tourist attractions and other inquiries.
* Completed high school education or degree in Tourism/Hospitality.
* Basic computer skills, English, and Spanish proficiency. Proven work experience in this role (as documented in employment record). Experience in customer-facing roles. Must reside in the North of the Island.
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent/CLT
Compensation: R$1\.980,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month
