Job Summary: A professional responsible for gardening, maintenance, and cleaning services, as well as providing support to the Store Owner Support Department (DAL) and Marketing, monitoring construction projects and assisting with store design projects. Key Highlights: 1. Perform gardening and maintenance services 2. Support the Store Owner Support Department (DAL) and Marketing Department 3. Monitor construction projects and assist with interior design projects Perform landscaping, maintenance, and cleaning of decorative plants located both inside and outside the shopping center, keeping them in good condition and healthy, aiming to maintain the shopping center's visual ambiance within established standards. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Provide support activities to the Store Owner Support Department (DAL) and the Marketing team; Monitor construction projects daily, conducting inspections, verifying documentation, and supporting store owners to prevent delays in store openings and inaugurations; Manage key handovers in cases of contract terminations; Record store-related data in control spreadsheets, reporting project progress and status; Assist in developing store resizing projects, interior design proposals, and furniture plans; Detail interior design projects and ensure quality and landscaping standards for environments; Develop commercial studies (floor plans, electronic mock-ups, and video presentations); Work schedule: 6 days on / 2 days off, 6:00 AM to 4:20 PM Employment type: Full-time Compensation: R$2.603,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * What is your experience as a gardener?
