Responsibilities: * Courteous and personalized customer service * Accurate and efficient order taking * Table and dining area organization and cleanliness * Teamwork with kitchen staff and other colleagues * Ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Requirements: * Proven experience as a waiter * Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor * Agility and organizational skills * Commitment and responsibility * Flexible availability Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in high-volume restaurants * Knowledge of suggestive selling * Ability to handle demanding customers Additional Information: * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * Working hours: 3:00 PM to 11:20 PM * Salary + commission * Location: Cachoeira do Bom Jesus/Florianópolis We seek professionals who want to grow and be part of a team that values quality and service excellence.
