




Job Summary: Coordinate activities in the syrup plant, water treatment plant (ETA), and wastewater treatment plant (ETE), ensuring safe processes to meet the production program and beverage market requirements. Quality, environmental, and safety management **Position/Area Summary:** Coordinate activities in the syrup plant, water treatment plant (ETA), and wastewater treatment plant (ETE), ensuring safe processes that support fulfillment of the production program while meeting all departmental requirements and beverage market demands. **Position Responsibilities:** **Production** Monitor and control water and effluent treatment processes; simple syrup, syrup, prepared syrup, and beverage production; as well as physicochemical analyses for monitoring; Monitor and control preparation of CIP (clean-in-place) solutions for use in processes; Ensure accurate order entry into the SAP system; Define optimal sequencing for utilization of syrup plant, ETA, and ETE resources (tanks, columns, filters, etc.) based on production scheduling; Participate in production program reviews; Ensure correct separation, usage, and system SAP consumption tracking of concentrate kits, juices, and beverage bases used in final syrup/prepared syrup production; Monitor performance of strategic suppliers (ingredients, packaging materials, auxiliary materials); Ensure execution of maintenance orders and plans. **Continuous Improvement** Monitor and implement improvements related to results and SIIP (Industrial Performance Indicator System); Develop cost-reduction improvement plans and coordinate activities to reduce production process losses; Conduct benchmarking of best practices both within and outside the Coca-Cola system; Participate in and support continuous improvement working groups and projects. **Quality, Environment, and Safety** Implement and maintain quality management, food safety, environmental, and safety documentation across the syrup plant, ETA, and ETE departments; Support internal/external audits; Ensure implementation of the Safe Behavior Program across the syrup plant, ETA, and ETE departments. **People Management** Know and apply company policies, standards, and procedures; Manage people-related matters including hiring, training plans, vacations, and timekeeping; Implement strategies to promote and develop employees’ technical and behavioral competencies; Conduct team meetings to provide feedback on results; Foster a participative work environment that respects ideas. **General Responsibilities** Embody the company’s mission, vision, and values, and comply with all established policies, standards, and procedures—including environmental procedures, food safety, occupational safety, Safe Behavior Program, SGI policy, and proper conservation and use of assets. **Requirements and Qualifications:** **Profile Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Sanitation, or related fields. * **Desired Experience:** Experience in production processes and people management * **Additional Information:** Full-time availability required. **Additional Information:** **What We Offer:** * Profit Sharing Program (PPR) * On-site gym * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan (voluntary enrollment per employee choice) * Group life insurance * On-site cafeteria / meal voucher * Food allowance * Product purchase at current price list rates * Pharmacy: payroll credit reimbursement * Credit cooperative * School Kit; delivered at the beginning of the academic year for dependents * Birthday Kit * Christmas Kit * Toy Voucher: delivered in October for dependents Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree * Food allowance * On-site meals * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit sharing
