With a dedicated team, we strive to provide unforgettable moments for our guests. **Responsibilities:** Production: Preparation of doughs, fillings, and toppings; preparation of cakes, pies, and coffee fillings. Hygiene and organization: Cleaning work surfaces and organizing the workstation, following food safety regulations. Inventory control: Supporting the coordinator in confectionery cost control. Previous experience as Pastry Chef, Bakery Assistant, Cake Decorator, or Pâtissier Confectioner may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Incomplete high school education required.
