We are hiring a Barman for the Coqueiros Unit! Must reside nearby or have personal transportation. Prerequisites: * Be at least 18 years old * High school diploma (preferred) * Experience as a Barman in bars and restaurants * Strong communication skills, friendliness, and professional demeanor * Courteous, efficient, and detail-oriented service * Ability to handle high customer traffic * Organization and responsibility regarding orders * Teamwork skills * Agility, proactivity, and good personal presentation * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Location: Coqueiros Restaurant Type: Bar and Restaurant Lisboa 48 Work Schedule: Rotating 6x1 schedule + one Sunday per month. Shift duration: 7h20. Working Hours: Barman: 12:00 PM to 8:20 PM Compensation and Benefits: Commission on sales; Meal provided on-site; Transportation allowance or commuting subsidy; Night shift premium.
