ONWARD TO 2154! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Deliver customer service aimed at delighting customers and ensuring an extraordinary end-to-end experience. * Perform cash register opening and closing procedures; * Operate the system to process sales transactions; * Follow standard procedures to submit spreadsheets and other information to the commercial and finance departments; * Log support tickets to resolve any technical or back-office issues; * Make bank deposits at the company-designated financial institution; * Conduct weekly inventory counts of supplies; * Place orders for non-production materials; * Respond to email inquiries related to cashier and store operations; * Process and monitor manually entered sales, ensuring transaction completion and shipment dispatch to the logistics carrier; * Verify and manage direct mail shipments; * Receive customer payments via cash, PIX, checks, and credit cards; * Ensure complete customer registration; * Operationalize all sales, exchange, and return processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma (or equivalent); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience with sales systems; * Prior experience working as a cashier. **Financial and Meal Benefits** Meal/Voucher Allowance – For greater autonomy, choose between the Meal Voucher (for grocery purchases and home meal preparation) or the Food Voucher (for restaurants and cafés).
