A restaurant即将 opening in Rio Tavares is seeking candidates for the following roles: **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare drinks, cocktails, and serve beverages according to house standards. * Organize and manage the bar and supplies. * Ensure service quality, presentation, and efficiency. * Support customer experience at the counter. * Comply with hygiene and safety regulations. * Maintain bar organization and cleanliness. * Collaborate closely with dining area and kitchen teams. * Delight customers and foster loyalty. **Basic Requirements:** * Prior experience in bars or restaurants. * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. * Efficiency, friendliness, and organizational ability. * Basic knowledge of mixology. * Organization and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Flexibility in working hours. * English and Spanish proficiency are considered advantageous. * Must reside nearby or own a personal vehicle. **Compensation:** Salary + tips + transportation allowance + performance-based bonuses. **Work Schedule:** 5 days on / 2 days off; 40 hours per week.
