Job Summary: At Cumim within Grupo FIT, you ensure smooth and excellent service by supporting waiters, organizing the dining area, and maintaining operational communication. Key Highlights: 1. As a **Cumim** at **Grupo FIT**, you will be a key contributor to ensuring **service fluency** and **excellence** across our restaurants. Your main responsibilities and duties include: **Customer Service and Support** * **Support waiters and servers** promptly and attentively throughout all stages of service. * **Deliver orders** to the dining area with organization, courtesy, and customer focus. * **Remove dishes and waste** discreetly and efficiently, maintaining service rhythm and fluency. **Table Setup and Organization** * **Set tables**, organize utensils, and stock support stations before each shift begins. * **Restock glasses, cutlery, napkins, ice**, and other items as required by operations. * Keep the pantry and support stations consistently **clean, organized, and fully operational**. **Environment Maintenance** * Ensure the dining area remains **clean, safe, and pleasant** throughout operating hours. * Perform **light cleaning** of tables and common areas whenever necessary. * **Assist with store closing**, collecting materials and reporting pending tasks to leadership. **Workflow and Communication** * **Monitor the dining area** and inform leadership about activity or potential bottlenecks. * Maintain **effective communication with the kitchen**, ensuring accurate and timely order deliveries. * **Contribute to inventory control** and organization of dining-area stock. Additional Information **Work Location:** Grupo FIT outlets at Florianópolis Airport **Salary:** R$1\.978,00 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, on-site meals, tips **Schedule:** 6x1 (one weekly day off \+ one Sunday per month). **Available Shifts:** * **Morning:** 10:00 AM – 6:20 PM * **Afternoon:** 3:00 PM – 11:20 PM Compensation: R$1\.978,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
