




Job Summary: The T&D Analyst will support human and organizational development, focusing on training, onboarding, and engagement to ensure continuous improvement in people management practices. Contribute to strengthening organizational culture The T&D Analyst will be responsible for supporting activities related to human and organizational development, with emphasis on training and development, onboarding of new employees, and engagement initiatives. They will collaborate in implementing programs, conducting needs assessments, and performing analyses aimed at continuously improving people management practices, thereby contributing to strengthening organizational culture and employee growth. Key Responsibilities: * Identify **training needs** in coordination with leadership, based on performance, competencies, and business strategies. * Plan, implement, and monitor **training and development programs** (technical, behavioral, leadership, and onboarding). * Develop and update **development pathways**, training plans, and corporate education initiatives. * Support and conduct **performance evaluations**, IDPs (Individual Development Plans), and individual and collective development initiatives. * Monitor T&D **key performance indicators** (participation rates, effectiveness, costs, ROI where applicable). * Support **leadership development** and succession planning programs; * Manage end-to-end **recruitment and selection processes** (profile alignment, job posting, screening, interviews, and final assessment). * Assist leaders in defining the **behavioral and technical profile** required for open positions. * Conduct competency-based interviews and support the use of assessment tools. * Monitor R&S **key performance indicators** (time-to-fill, hiring quality, early turnover). * Support **onboarding** and integration processes for new employees. * Support initiatives related to **organizational culture, engagement, and climate**. * Organize and maintain up-to-date **HR records and controls** within HR systems. * Support internal audits and compliance with HR policies. * Suggest and implement process improvements in HR, T&D, and R&S. Mandatory Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources * Experience in talent training and development; * Knowledge of performance, climate, and human development methodologies. Desirable Requirements * Familiarity with the Odoo ERP system; * Knowledge of leadership development; * Residency in the Central Region of Florianópolis/SC.
