This position requires a technically skilled and strategic professional with broad systemic vision and experience in controllership, treasury, accounting, taxation, and legal affairs. This person will serve as a key player in strengthening financial and administrative governance, aiming to optimize resources, mitigate risks, and support the organization’s strategic decisions. What You’ll Do in Practice Team and Internal Process Management * Lead and develop the finance and administrative team. * Structure and implement internal processes to ensure efficiency and compliance. * Serve as the technical lead for finance, accounting, tax, and legal areas, ensuring delivery of results expected by company leadership. Controllership * Manage budget planning and ensure forecasting and control of costs, revenues, and executed and budgeted investments. * Supervise and analyze financial reports such as DRE (Statement of Income), DFC (Statement of Cash Flows), and DP (Statement of Financial Position). * Monitor cash flow and conduct financial analyses to support decision-making. * Implement and conduct financial audits to ensure transparency and compliance. * Perform cost management and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency. * Develop risk management policies to protect company assets. Treasury * Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial entries. * Ensure efficiency of treasury processes and payment flows. Accounting and Taxation * Interface with external accounting firms and review monthly accounting routines. * Conduct analysis and control of the tax map, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation. * Manage potential tax liabilities and identify opportunities for tax optimization. Legal * Supervise and manage contracts, ensuring compliance and mitigating legal risks. * Maintain ongoing coordination with the company’s law firm. * Lead legal proceedings and actions, ensuring strategic decision-making on legal matters. * Manage trademarks, patents, and registrations, including copyright protection initiatives (plagiarism and certifications). * Engage in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) related initiatives. You Should Be * Proven experience in leadership roles within Finance, Administration, and Legal areas, with strategic vision and process implementation capability. * Solid knowledge of controllership, accounting, treasury, and legal management. * Ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams. * Hands-on, dynamic, results-oriented profile, capable of delivering impact in the short and medium term. * Ability to manage multiple fronts and high complexity with organization and systemic vision. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with diverse stakeholders (internal team, suppliers, legal counsel, and senior management). * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions. * Advanced knowledge of financial metrics (DRE, DFC, KPIs) and accounting and tax compliance. * Familiarity with corporate and tax legislation and contract management. Proficiency in financial and accounting planning tools.
