No prior experience required COLLECTION ASSISTANT PALHOÇA/SC A company in the technology and telecommunications sector is seeking Collection Assistants to join its finance team. Responsibilities: Assist the finance manager in executing departmental routines; Attend to customers regarding financial matters and debt negotiations; Prepare simple financial calculations and organize accounting documents; Perform financial entries for bank returns/remittances; Issue sales invoices and financial transfers; Conduct collections and monitor delinquency; Register debtors with credit protection agencies (SPC/Serasa); Cancel customer accounts upon commercial manager's authorization; Assist in tax assessments and account reconciliations; Perform basic administrative and financial tasks such as issuing payment slips, sending bank slips and invoices, and clarifying inquiries; Evaluate credit for sales approval or debt renegotiation; Requirements: Completed high school education; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Preferably residing nearby; Organized, communicative, and committed profile; No prior experience required; Benefits: Meal voucher; Mobility allowance; Working hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 12:00 / 14:00 to 18:00 Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 / 14:00 to 19:00 Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 Employment type: CLT (Permanent) Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Meal voucher * Mobility allowance
