We seek professionals who wish to grow with us and contribute to the excellence of our projects and services. **Responsibilities and Activities:** Plan, coordinate, and supervise Medeage’s technical and operational activities; Manage technical and operational department teams, promoting efficient integration and communication among teams; Organize, standardize, and implement operational procedures (OPPs); Monitor and control project schedules, deadlines, costs, and productivity of technical works and services, proactively identifying and mitigating risks; Act as the focal point for resolving critical problems, non-conformities, and complex technical requests, including direct contact with strategic clients when necessary; Develop, guide, and monitor team performance, identifying training needs, encouraging autonomy, and reinforcing a culture of accountability; Establish routines for monitoring, operational meetings, and management reporting for partners and executive leadership.
