Job Summary: A professional responsible for inspection, cleaning, general maintenance, and concierge services for the building, ensuring its proper operation and residents' well-being. Ensuring order and well-being of residents We are seeking a professional to join our team as a CONCIERGE. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Inspect corridors, courtyards, areas, and building facilities to assess cleaning needs, repairs, elevator functionality, electrical and plumbing systems, and other equipment, arranging necessary services and performing preventive maintenance; Verify hygiene conditions of premises and facilities, performing or supervising cleaning tasks, waste removal or incineration, to maintain the building in the cleanliness standards required by the client; Perform general maintenance tasks, including replacing light bulbs and fuses, conducting minor repairs, or requesting qualified personnel for repairs of ovens, pumps, water tanks, fire extinguishers, and elevators, to ensure operational functionality and safety of facilities; Ensure compliance with the building's internal regulations, preventing noise during inappropriate hours and improper use of facilities, reporting arising issues to management to maintain order and promote residents' well-being; Procure, receive, inspect, control, and distribute consumables and cleaning supplies, storing them appropriately as instructed by management. Supervise loading and unloading of goods performed by third parties or internal staff to prevent theft or other irregularities. Perform other duties related to the position, as directed by superiors. **WHAT WE EXPECT:** Discipline Responsibility Readiness to work efficiently Organization (Equipment) Professional appearance Proactivity **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Experience in concierge services Residence near the area **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM **LOCATION:** Santa Mônica, Florianópolis/SC **SALARY AND BENEFITS:** **Salary:** R$ 1\.487,28 \+ 30% hazard pay = R$ 1\.933,47 Attendance bonus of 7% (no absences); Meal allowance of R$ 22,43 per day (1% deduction based on loaded amount); Transportation voucher (6% deduction); After the probationary period (90 days), you will be eligible for partnerships with educational institutions, health insurance, and dental plans.
