Ensuring compliance with the building's internal regulations We are seeking a professional to join our team as a JANITOR. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Conduct inspections of corridors, courtyards, areas, and building facilities, assessing cleaning needs, repairs, elevator functionality, electrical and plumbing systems, and other equipment, in order to arrange necessary services and perform preventive maintenance; Inspect hygiene conditions of premises and facilities, carrying out or supervising cleaning tasks, waste removal or incineration, to maintain the building at the cleanliness standards required by the client; Perform general maintenance tasks, including replacing light bulbs and fuses, performing minor repairs, or requesting qualified personnel for repairs involving ovens, pumps, water tanks, fire extinguishers, and elevators, to ensure operational functionality and safety of facilities; Ensure compliance with the building’s internal regulations, preventing noise during inappropriate hours and improper use of facilities, and reporting emerging issues to management to maintain order and promote residents’ well-being; Procure, receive, inspect, control, and distribute consumables and cleaning supplies, storing them appropriately as directed by the administrator. Monitor loading and unloading of goods conducted by third parties or internal staff to prevent theft or other irregularities. Perform other duties related to the position, as determined by the supervisor. **WHAT WE EXPECT:** Discipline Responsibility Readiness to work efficiently and promptly Organization (Equipment) Professional appearance Proactivity **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Experience in janitorial services Residence near the area **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM **LOCATION:** Santa Mônica, Florianópolis/SC **SALARY AND BENEFITS:** **Salary:** R$ 1\.487,28 \+ 30% hazard pay = R$ 1\.933,47 Attendance bonus of 7% (no absences); Meal allowance of R$ 22.43 per day (1% deduction based on loaded amount); Transportation voucher (6% deduction); After the probationary period (90 days), access to education institution partnerships, health insurance, and dental insurance.
