Support Analyst

Description

We are looking for a Support Analyst to assist with departmental routines, ensuring the proper functioning of the company's systems, equipment, and technological infrastructure. **Main Responsibilities:** Provide technical support to users, assisting with hardware, software, network, and system issues; Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and IT equipment; Install, configure, and format machines, operating systems, software, and peripherals; Support configuration and maintenance of networks, including Wi\-Fi; Execute antivirus installations, backups, and file transfers; Provide support for POS systems and sales force systems, ensuring proper operation; Assist in applying system updates and patches; Manage and organize the IT equipment inventory; Support basic documentation of procedures and support activities; Assist in user training and onboarding regarding system usage. **Desired Profile:** Intermediate knowledge of computing, networks, and systems; Desirable knowledge of Oracle Database; Organization, proactivity, and strong communication skills; Ability to interact effectively with users and resolve daily operational issues. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Technical support, Systems maintenance, Hardware, SQL, databases ### **Benefits:** Pharmacy benefit plan, Discount on company products, Free parking, Profit Sharing Program, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Life insurance, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance ### **Department:** Administrative
