**Location:** São José – SC (Serraria neighborhood) **Job type:** Full-time / On-site **Schedule:** Rotating 6x1 shift (availability to work weekends and holidays) **Job description:** Are you communicative, attentive, and enjoy interacting with people? Join our team as a **Hotel Receptionist**! We seek professionals with good posture, friendliness, and a focus on excellence in customer service. **Key responsibilities:** * Greet and assist guests courteously and efficiently; * Perform check-in, check-out, and other accommodation procedures; * Provide information about the hotel, its services, and local tourist attractions; * Answer telephone calls and manage reservations; * Record guest charges and process account closures; * Ensure the front desk is organized and operates smoothly; * Address guest requests and assist in resolving any issues. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a degree or technical qualification in Hospitality is a plus); * Prior experience in reception, customer service, or hospitality; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS); * Basic/intermediate English or Spanish is considered an advantage; * Availability to work rotating shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays.
